We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Embers & Thyme. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@embersandthyme.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions and a return address.
Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of some of our products, certain items cannot be returned. These include any perishable items, personalized items, or items marked as "final sale."
